Allison Homes Central Invites Cambridgeshire Buyers To June ‘Summer Sessions’

Allison Homes Central is inviting homebuyers across Cambridgeshire to a series of Summer Sessions events this June, designed to support buyers at different stages of the homebuying journey.

Taking place at Abbey Park in Thorney, Cranbrook Grange in Somersham and Violet Meadows in Whittlesey, the events will give visitors the chance to explore the housebuilder’s developments, speak with the sales team and receive practical guidance on the next steps towards securing a new Allison home.

At Abbey Park, Allison Homes Central will host its ‘Your Next Move, Simplified’ event on Saturday 6th June, from 10am to 5pm. Designed for buyers with an existing property to sell, the event will focus on the support available through Part Exchange and Ezymove, Allison Homes Central’s Assisted Sale scheme.

With only five four bedroom Walnut style homes remaining at Abbey Park, visitors will be able to discuss tailored moving packages with the sales team, explore their options and book a valuation on the day.

Through Part Exchange, buyers can receive 100 per cent market value for their existing property, with Allison Homes Central acting as the guaranteed buyer. This helps remove the uncertainty of selling on the open market, reduce delays and provide greater confidence around moving timescales.

Ezymove can also support buyers who have found their ideal Allison home but have not yet sold their current property. Through the scheme, Allison Homes Central can assist with the sales process, including arranging valuations, agreeing a realistic marketing price and appointing an estate agent to market the property. The housebuilder will also cover the estate agent fees on completion of the sale of the customer’s existing property. *

On Saturday 13th June, Allison Homes Central will also host ‘Unlock Your First Home’ events at Cranbrook Grange and Violet Meadows, both taking place from 10am to 5pm.

The first-time buyer focused events have been designed to make the homebuying process feel simple and accessible, with step-by-step guidance, a mortgage adviser on hand to answer questions and a helpful guide for visitors to take away.
