FlixBus is expanding its UK network with additional coach services from 18 June, increasing travel options for customers across the East of England ahead of the busy summer season.
Launching during Better Transport Week (15–21 June), the new services further strengthen FlixBus’ commitment to providing affordable, reliable and sustainable travel across the UK.
An additional service for London to Coventry and Leicester will be introduced, bringing the total to six services a day each way.
FlixBus will introduce two additional daily services in each direction between Norwich, Thetford and central London.
The expansion will increase capacity on one of the company’s growing corridors, offering customers more choice of departure times throughout the day while improving connectivity between Norfolk and the capital.
Tickets are available from £4.49, with onboard features including free Wi-Fi, charging points and guaranteed seating.
Shamil Maindiratta, UK Managing Director of FlixBus, said: “Demand for our modern, comfortable services continues to grow across the UK, and we’re responding by adding more capacity to meet demand.
“Launching during Better Transport Week is the perfect time to shine a spotlight on coach as the most affordable and sustainable way to travel this summer!”
The new services form part of FlixBus’ continued growth in the UK market as the company celebrates its 5th anniversary.
Since launching in the UK in 2021, FlixBus has rapidly expanded its national network, now connecting more than 100 towns and cities across the country.
